Nihon Hospital Service Co., Ltd. is established.

NHS Shizuoka, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "NHSS") is established as a subsidiary of Nihon Hospital Service Co., Ltd.

Appericia, Inc. is established.
April
2010
Nihon Hospital Service Co., Ltd. and Appericia, Inc. are merged to establish MC Healthcare, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "former MCH"), (former MCM is made a subsidiary), Kobayashi Medical Co., Ltd. is established.

2012
Kobayashi Medical Co., Ltd. is renamed to Japan Medicalnext Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "JMC")

2013
Former MCH acquires JMC as a subsidiary.

2019
MC Healthcare China Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “MCHC”) is established as a subsidiary of former MCH.
December
2021
New MC Healthcare, Inc. is established as a preparatory company for corporate restructuring.

MCH is renamed to MC Healthcare Holdings, Inc (hereinafter referred to as “MCHHD”), and the new MCHHD is renamed to MC Healthcare, Inc. (Business operations succeeded from the former MCH) To expand and grow the business and further strengthen the Group's management base, the company transitions to a structure consisting of a holding company (MCHHD), which is responsible for the strategic functions of the Group, and four operating companies (MCH, former MCM, JMC, and MCHC).

JMC absorbs former MCM and changes trade name to MC Medical, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "MCM). MCHHD acquires Freeill Co,. Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "FR") as a subsidiary.
